 Shipping Policy for Wondrous

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Packing Schedule: Orders are packed from Monday to Thursday.
  • Holidays: Orders are not shipped on national holidays.

Delivery Address

  • Accuracy: Ensure your delivery address is correct. Wondrous is not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
  • Undeliverable Items: Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect address will incur a re-shipping fee if reissued.
  • Corrections: Contact us immediately if you've entered incorrect information. We can assist only if the parcel hasn't been shipped yet.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Numbers: Emailed when your order is dispatched.
  • Missing Emails: If you haven't received a tracking email, contact us with your order number for an update.

UK Orders

  • Delivery Options:
    • Royal Mail 24hrs: £6 (1-3 working days).
    • Royal Mail 48hrs: £4.50 (2-4 working days).

International Orders

  • Shipping Options:
    • Standard Europe: £13.
    • Standard Worldwide (Outside Europe): £25.
    • Express Worldwide Courier Service: £50.
  • Standard Service: Royal Mail International tracked and signed (2-11 business days).
  • Express Courier: Fully tracked service (DHL, FedEx, USPS, Ervi) based on the destination, weight, and size of the parcel. We will confirm the carrier before shipping.
  • Packaging Costs: For parcels over 2kg, an exact shipping quote will be provided. We will contact you for this quote either before or after your order is placed.

Duties, Fees, and Import Taxes

  • Responsibility: Orders shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) may incur additional charges upon delivery.
  • Customs Delays: Transit times may vary due to customs delays.
  • Payment: Customers are responsible for paying duties and taxes to release their order from customs. Consult your local customs office for more information.
  • Refused Parcels: If a customer refuses to pay these charges, the delivery will be returned to us. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
